The City and Cruise Port of Victoria are steeped in old world charm. From the well-manicured lawns and impressive displays of gardens and hanging baskets adorning the streets, this charming excursion will soon have you seeing why Victoria is nicknamed the City of Gardens.
Your trip begins at the cruise terminal where you'll board a trolley, powered by two magnificent Draught horses. Cozy into your seat and feel free to wrap yourself in a provided blanket to ward off the sometimes cool air of this port city.
Your journey has you heading past the gorgeous historical homes that are located between the Cruise terminal and the Downtown Inner Harbor area of Victoria. From here, it's on to the largest park in Victoria, the world-famous Empress Hotel and the British Columbia legislative buildings. All the while, you'll enjoy the lively narration of your guide as you tour through the town.
Sit back and relax as you're carried by real horsepower around the streets of Victoria and eventually back to the ship.
Please note: This tour is not available to guests who utilize a wheelchair and those guests with mobility concerns are cautioned to evaluate their personal level of ability and stamina as participants must be able to make their own way on and off the trolley. Casual, weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable, flat walking shoes are suggested.
