Depart from the pier for a scenic drive through Stockholm to the remarkable SkyView. Here, you'll enter a glass gondola on rails for an amazing ride along the outside of the Ericsson Globe, the world's largest spherical building. At the top of the building, you'll have a spectacular view over the city and upon descending you'll have enjoyed a rare, exhilarating experience.
Afterwards, you'll re-board your coach for a drive through Stockholm, a city that sprawls over 14 islands, including Gamla Stan, where you'll find the enchanting medieval Old Town. Enjoy viewing the Royal Dramatic Theater and the island of Djurgarden, an enormous stretch of open parkland known as Stockholm's "green lounge." Other city highlights you'll see on the way back to the ship include the fashionable neighborhood of Ostermalm and impressive City Hall, the site of the annual Nobel Prize banquet.
Please note: This tour includes a very limited amount of walking and is available to wheelchair guests who have a collapsible wheelchair, are able to make their own way on and off the coach, and have an able-bodied companion to assist them. Those with mobility concerns are cautioned to carefully evaluate their personal level of stamina and ability. Weather appropriate clothing and flat, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The order of the sites viewed or visited may vary.
