Walking underwater has never been easier or safer than with Sea trek so grab your swimsuit and get ready for the experience of a lifetime. Imagine exploring the underwater world and having your entire face and head remain completely dry by using a specially designed helmet and air supply system. Everyone from kids to adults can walk underwater to a depth of 25 feet to explore the beautiful underwater world.
A short transfer from the ship takes you to the Port of Palm pier where you will board a ferry for the ride across Spanish Lagoon to De Palm Island. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and receive a briefing on Sea trek and what to expect. No need to worry, this tour is great for swimmers and non-swimmers alike since no experience is required as you explore the ocean's depths with Sea Trek. Using a helmet that supplies oxygen and is connected via tubing that goes to the surface, you get weighed down a little so you don't float and that's it, within moments you will feel like you're starring in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It's so easy you can even wear your sunglasses if you want.
Once you are outfitted with your gear, you will be led into the water where your fun and exciting walk on the ocean floor begins. Delight in feeding the fish, see the famous Sunken Airplane and even have a seat at the Sea Trek Underwater Café.
After approximately 20-minutes exploring with your Sea Trek gear, you will return to the beach where you are free to avail yourself of the various amenities found on De Palm Island and the complimentary buffet. Sit back and relax as you soak up the sun on this beautiful beach before it's time to return to the ship in Oranjestad. This terrific and completely enjoyable tour is fun for everyone and will definitely be one of the great memories you'll have of your time in Aruba.
