Calling all dive enthusiasts! Come explore two amazing dive sites on this tour that is strictly geared for certified divers.
At the cruise terminal, a Red Sail Sports representative will meet you and assist you with completing all of the necessary liability forms along with reviewing your certification card (your last dive will need to have been within the last 2 years). Following the necessary formalities, you will be guided to your dive boat and set off for your two-tank dive.
The ride to your first stop, the famous Antilla shipwreck, will take approximately 35-minutes.
The Antilla is covered with tube sponges and coral formations and you will be able to see many varieties of tropical fish. On this dive, which takes you to a maximum depth of 60 feet, the group will be split up into smaller groups and guided by a dive master or dive instructor. After approximately 40-minutes of bottom time, it's time to re-surface and climb back onboard the boat.
Enjoy a 20-minute surface interval as you cruise to your second dive site, the shallow wreck Pedernalis. This dive takes you down to a maximum depth of 25 feet for approximately 40- minutes of bottom time. At the Pedernalis you can see sections of cabins and wash basins, as well as a pipe line system that goes with this oil tanker that was torpedoed in 1942 during World War II by a German Submarine.
At the conclusion of your time at Pedernalis, you will be transported back to the cruise terminal where your incredible Aruban dive experience comes to an end.
