What could be more fun than experiencing Costa Maya in a custom-made Dune Buggy just like Joe-cool used in the late 60's. Enjoy the feeling of freedom as you drive down the coastline to your special beach getaway.
Your brand new open-top beach buggy awaits you at the pier and after a safety briefing, you will jump into your buggy and set off with your experienced guide leading the way. Your tour commences with a drive through the downtown area of Costa Maya where you will no doubt draw glances from everyone as you cruise on by. A short stop will be made in this colorful fisherman's village during which your guides will give you an orientation as to your location and a brief introduction to the area and points of interest.
Climbing back in your buggy, you will leave the village behind, all the while keeping your eyes open for rare birds and resident iguanas. An exhilarating off-road experience eventually brings you to a beautiful secluded beach where you will enjoy a 1-hour beach break. The beach features all the modern facilities and conveniences so you are invited to make the most of your time here. You can choose to simply relax and kick back on a hammock while enjoying a complimentary snack and soft drink, or stroll down the pristine beach and go for a swim in the inviting waters of the Caribbean Sea. Those who are seeking more activity can engage in a rousing game of beach volleyball.
Following your time at the beach, it's time to jump back aboard your buggy and make the return trek to the pier where your tour concludes.
