This interesting and entertaining tour is geared toward those who like to immerse themselves in a destination's culture and daily activities. Meeting your coach at the pier, you'll travel into the beautiful Nyuh Kuning countryside to the Bali Classic Culture Center.
Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed by a group of Balinese women wearing their exquisite traditional dress, who will present you with a flower to wear behind your ear. As a Bleganjur music group performs for you, you'll be escorted to the lobby area where a refreshing drink awaits. Following a welcome dance, there's an opportunity to observe a colorful temple ornaments parade procession before setting off to explore the many activities and attractions housed at the Culture Center. These include a museum, a Balinese dance performance and numerous workshop activities where you can learn how to perform a traditional dance, play the gamelan, paint and weave handicrafts. There are also areas where you can observe daily Balinese activities such as Menumbuk Padi (paring of the paddy) and making coconut oil. Before departing the Culture Center, you'll be treated to a delicious Indonesian buffet lunch and dance performance.
Your afternoon includes a stop at Kemenuh village, known for its wood-carving. Here, you can observe the local craftsmen as they turn slabs of teak or ebony wood into intricate statues and masks. Leaving Kemenuh, your coach travels back to the pier where your tour concludes.
