Traveling by van from the pier, you will make your way to the summit of Mt. Wellington. From this stunning vantage point some 4,167 feet above sea level, you will have sweeping views of distant mountain ranges and the city spread out below you. Your expert guide will give you a full route orientation and safety briefing before fitting you with your safety equipment and cycling gear.
Once everyone is ready to go, you'll join your guide on an exhilarating ride down the mountain, traveling on your own cycle through alpine terrain and magnificent forest. Frequent rest and photo stops are included along the route. The more adventurous may want to indulge in off-road mountain biking before rejoining the rest of the group for a snack and rest stop. Following your rest stop, you'll continue onward through South Hobart to Battery Point and then back to the pier.
