After boarding your motor coach at the pier, you will drive to Alameda Apodaca, a wonderful viewing point for photos of the Santa Maria pier. You may also want to shoot the Baluarte de la Candelaria, a section of the maritime wall that once protected the entrance to the harbor.
Next, walk to the Parque Genovés, where the lush trees and blooming flowers will give you the opportunity to practice close-up photography. In addition to snapping pictures of the grounds, you will have time for a leisurely stroll, admiring the park's inviting pathways, splashing fountains and beautiful plants.
Make your way back to your awaiting motor coach for the ride to the Cathedral and town square. Here, you will savor typical Spanish tapas at a tavern and enjoy some free time.
On your return to the pier by motor coach, you will pass Puerta Tierra, the oldest part of the city wall.
Please note: It is recommended that guests dress in casual clothing, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, as well as wear flat, comfortable shoes.
