Step aboard an air-conditioned motor coach to visit two of Lisbon's finest gardens, the leafy Queluz Palace Gardens and lovely Ajuda Gardens.
Board your motor coach at the pier and travel to Queluz Palace. The 18th-century Palace of Queluz, with its lovely French-style gardens, was once the summer residence of the Portuguese Royal Family. The palace is still used on occasion to host foreign heads of state.
After visiting the palace's spectacular gardens, you will rejoin your motor coach and drive 30 minutes to nearby Ajuda Gardens. It is a beautiful example of Renaissance-style gardens, showcasing over 5,000 exotic plants brought to Lisbon from the former Portuguese colonies in Africa, Asia and South America.
On the return journey to your ship, you will venture through the Belém quarter with a chance to view the Tower of Belém, the Monument of the Discoveries and the Jerónimos Monastery.
