As a service to you, Oceania Cruises has made arrangements to provide visa packages for citizens of the U.S. and Canada. These visa packages are tailored for each itinerary and the cost of each visa package purchased from Oceania Cruises varies by itinerary and includes applicable Oceania Cruises service charges.
If you are not a citizen of the United States or Canada, it is your responsibility to consult with a professional immigration counsel or contact your nearest Embassy or Consulate to obtain the latest, up-to-date information on immigration and entry requirements for the destinations you will be visiting.
Please remember that securing foreign visas requires ample processing time, as each country has its own rules and regulations that impact the time it takes to issue each visa. As a result, visa packages purchased though Oceania Cruises will be processed no earlier than 90 days prior to sailing and no later than 30 days prior to sailing. If you have already purchased a visa package from Oceania Cruises, the visa application kit will be mailed to you upon final payment for your cruise package. Please review the visa application kit, complete the application forms and mail them by using the self-addressed envelope provided. It is your responsibility to meet the deadlines detailed in the visa package in order to ensure the timely return of approved visas. Brazilian Visa applications received within 30 days of sailing will not be processed. Oceania Cruises does not ensure that the return of completed paperwork in any way guarantees that visas can or will be issued.
For U.S. passport holders that require assistance in securing or renewing passports, we recommend you contact a local passport/visa service company. For more information or guidelines please contact your Travel Agent.
