Knowing you have purchased coverage for your trip – it is something that makes your cruise more pleasurable and relaxing, and something for which our Travel Protection Program was specifically created. We offer a package of travel insurance coverage and assistance services for Oceania Cruises' discerning guests which can help you in the face of the unexpected. For example, if you have an accident overseas that Medicare and other private insurance policies may not cover, our select program provides medical expense reimbursement. Additionally, reimbursement is provided for penalties that may be assessed due to cruise cancellations for covered reasons.
TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION
Reimburses pre-paid non-refundable cancellation or interruption charges (up to a maximum of $50,000 per insured) for losses caused by a covered medical condition of either the insured guest, an immediate family member, or a traveling companion.
- Trip Cancellation: Up to Total Cruise Cost ($50,000 Maximum Benefit Amount)
- Trip Interruption: Up to Total Cruise Cost ($50,000 Maximum Benefit Amount)
$500 TRAVEL DELAY
Covers additional accommodation and out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred as a result of a covered delay of more than 12 hours.
$10,000 MEDICAL PROTECTION
Provides reimbursement of medical expenses incurred as a result of a covered accident or sickness during the cruise.
$1,500 BAGGAGE PROTECTION
Reimburses if an insured guest's baggage is stolen, lost, or damaged during their vacation, up to $1,500. If bags are delayed for 24 hours or more, the plan reimburses up to $500 for the purchase of necessary personal effects.
24-HOUR WORLDWIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICES - Provided by On Call International
Wherever you may be in the world, this service provides emergency assistance for a variety of circumstances, including making cash transfers; medical consulting and monitoring; assistance with lost documents; legal, dental, and medical referrals to physicians or hospitals; and emergency medical payment assistance overseas, to name a few. All assistance services are provided by On Call International.

$25,000 EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Provides emergency medical transportation services to the nearest qualified medical facility in the event of a guest's medical emergency.

This plan provides cancellation coverage for your trip and other insurance coverages that apply only during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages.
